We dispatch from President Street, so the Slope is the shortest run we have. The housing here is exactly what we carry stock for: limestone and brownstone rowhouses running two locks in series through a vestibule, co-ops with master systems, pre-war buildings with original mortise hardware that deserves repair over replacement.
Fifth and Seventh Avenues add the commercial layer — roll-gate cylinders, storefront closers, and glass-door hardware that takes daily abuse. We service both strips constantly.

Do you carry parts for pre-war mortise locks?
Yes. Much of Park Slope's stock is original mortise hardware, and repairing it usually beats replacing it — we carry cylinders, spindles and strikes for the common pre-war patterns.
Can you key my vestibule and apartment door alike?
In most cases yes — one key for both doors is the standard rowhouse setup we install.
